Master Franchise Contract Steps
Initial meeting
Initial meeting stage between head office and buyer for local business of Furato Restaurant
Negotiation of basic contract terms
Negotiation on basic contract terms such as contract period, contract amount, royalties, etc.
Buyer's headquarters visit
The stage where the buyer visits the headquarters and checks the taste of the menu, store operation status, headquarters operation status, etc.
MOU (Can be skipped)
If the buyer has accurately indicated their intention to enter into a Furato Restaurant Master Franchise Agreement through the above steps, an MOU will be entered into.
Detailed contract negotiation of conditions
This is the stage where both companies draft a contract by discussing all contract details.
Head office's buyer visit
The head office visits the buyer, checks the buyer's business status, Furato business development plan, etc., and finally confirms the intention to contract.
1st Store Launching Steps
Conclusion of main contract + Partner training at the HQ
The buyer visits Korea and signs a contract. At this time, all manuals, information on food ingredients kitchen utensils, etc. are provided in written form, and training is provided on the main contents.
local research (Partner)
Partner companies look for food ingredients, kitchen appliances, and various cooking utensils locally, referring to the training they received at headquarters.
local test
Once the partner's local research is completed, HQ's staffs visit the site, test the ingredients and kitchen utensils to be used, and then decide on the ingredients that will actually be used. If there are any shortcomings at this point, HQ's staffs will conduct additional investigation with our partners
Export/Import
Both companies obtain various procedures and qualifications for export and import and proceed with exporting the necessary materials.
1st store interior construction
The partner will proceed with the interior construction of the first store in compliance with the interior design agreed upon by both companies.
1st store open training
Staffs are dispatched from the HQ to provide cooking, service, and store operation training to local employees. Once training is complete, the store will open.
1st store operation support
After the first store opens, the HQ's staff in charge of training will remain on site to support store operations for a certain period of time.
